Like the monks’ daily schedule, your time spent on retreat revolves around the Divine Office and Mass. You will also have ample leisure for adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, which is exposed at various times throughout the day, and for your own personal times of prayer.

The schedule will also provide you with a generous amount of time for spiritual reading. The Guesthouse has a small library available for the retreatants’ use.​

Silence is an integral part of our monastic life and a necessary condition to hear the voice of God. We invite our retreatants to enter into this place of silence and we strive to maintain an atmosphere of silence in the Guesthouse. ​

A confessor from among our monk-priests is available for the Sacrament of Reconciliation upon arrangement with the Guestmaster.​

Meals are taken in silence, self-service, buffet style. Breakfast, Midday and Evening meals are in the monks’ refectory. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day in the Visitors’ Center. Please provide for your special dietary needs.​
